Windle Trust International (WTI) South Sudan invites licensed insurance underwriters to submit bids for Group Medical and Group Personal Accident (GPA) coverage for its staff and dependents across South Sudan, East Africa, and internationally for the year 2027.

All registered insurance service providers are encouraged to participate. WTI is committed to a fair, transparent evaluation process where all bids are assessed equally, regardless of prior service history with our organization.
